I oversee, and am the keeper of, the Mark’s & L’Équipeur brands. My team is responsible for all brand strategy, mass media campaigns, including creative strategy and execution, social media presence and seasonal planning strategy and creative execution – this includes any instance of non-promo storytelling from the brands in all marketing channels. I believe in customer-centric marketing and keeping the customer at the center of all marketing strategies. Because of this, we use data wherever possible, lean deeply into industry insights, ad and KPI tracking as well as any consumer data we have available to create the most informed marketing plans possible. This includes promoting testing and learning platforms and engaging in non-traditional ways of marketing. Being very detailed, our up to $15M budget is planned to the penny and we continuously monitor for savings, to allow reinvestment into future campaigns.
