This leads to the best work possible, while leaving room to adapt to anything that might come up.

Direction
what is your ultimate goal?
An outcome or project is only as good as it's brief. When I am writing a brief, or setting direction for a project, the ultimate goal and purpose need to be clear to ensure the teams know the direction we are headed - allowing for more focused thinking and clearer strategies.
