Managed the rebrand to the new Mark's platform of All Things Simple, including launch of the new brand platform, brand guideline creation and transition of all marketing channels. The rebrand lead to Mark's becoming the #1 Canadian Clothing Retailer in Brand Health in 2021.

Managed campaign creative creation for national multi-million-dollar mass media campaigns and aided in the roll-out and execution of the Well Worn rebrand and new brand identity. Collaborated with multiple teams on redesign of pop-up and flagship stores inspired by the new branding, leading to the award of Going for Gold from Canadian Tire Corporation for Customer Experience.

An outcome or project is only as good as it's brief. When I am writing a brief, or setting direction for a project, the ultimate goal and purpose need to be clear to ensure the teams know the direction we are headed - allowing for more focused thinking and clearer strategies.
